Id card holders for the students

Working for one of the largest state universities in the country, we have a lot of students and naturally, they keep on adding each year. Being a state university, we try to make everything as economical as possible since we are working on a limited budget and anything that isn’t covered by the budget may have to be charged to the students. During the annual budget review, one of the cost items questioned was having IDs done outside.

After some study, it was decided that we could save some money by producing the IDs ourselves. But that opened up the dilemma of figuring out how to produce them. My friend, who works for a printing press told me they get a lot of their materials from this site so I decided to check it out. True enough, they had everything we needed for mass producing IDs for our students. They had a very wide selection of photo id printers from many established brands. I was able to find everything we needed, and we were able to stay within our budget.

We had so much left over, that we were also able to purchase id card holders for the students. To celebrate, I decided to reward my staff with beaded lanyards, which I also purchased from the site, as a small token of appreciation for their hard work.
